 I have likely worked on your older Lathe, Milling machine, or Punch Press, troubleshooting and locating control & machine issues.

But, I go beyond identifying a problem, and can make Electrical, Electronic, and Mechanical repairs on your machines.

Strippit & Murata CNC Punch Press's along with other manufacture types.  I provide many levels of machine service, and will travel up to 1000 miles from my home to help you.  

CNC Punch Press service is $145/Hr. 

On Stamping machines I provide machine operation troubleshooting & repair.

Having problems with the operation of your Brakes, Shears, & Back Gauge control systems.  I provide troubleshooting & repair service on these  along with other shop machinery.

Machine Electrical Prints, Control Parameters & Machine manuals.

Do you have them handy? It sure saves time in troubleshooting machine problems.  How about Parameters, do you have a hard or backed up copy?  I take extra care to back up parameters when I can.  But they can be lost in a flash.  You know, shit happens.  I can not be responsible for this event.
